FOUNDING PRINCIPALS

Ben is a co-founder and President of Southside.  He oversees the development and capital markets functions of the Company, and also runs its Advisory Services Group.  He has spent nearly 25 years acquiring, developing, financing, leasing, and managing projects with a aggregate value of over $2B.  Ben has a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.

David is a co-founder of Southside and focuses on project leasing and acquisitions for the firm.  David is also President of H&R Retail and for the past 36 years has been one of the leading retail brokers and development consultants in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area.  David has completed over $3B in transactions and his clients include Costco, Target, Life Time, Lowe’s, TMG, Brookfield and Tishman Speyer among others.
