Cathedral Commons (Washington, DC)

Completed in 2015, this mixed-use project transformed two full city blocks in Northwest DC.  Anchored by a urban format, 56,000 square foot Giant grocery store, Cathedral Commons also features an additional 70,000 square feet of vibrant, street-level retail and restaurants, 125 apartments, 12 lofts, and eight townhouses.

Allston Yards (Boston, MA)

In partnership with Stop & Shop, New England Development, and The Bozzuto Companies, Southside is pleased to announce its latest mixed-use development.  Located in the Allston neighborhood of Boston, the multi-phase project will eventually include over 1,000 residential units, 300,000 square feet of office, a new 65,000 square foot, flagship Stop & Shop, and over 50,000 square feet of street retail. 

Single-Tenant and Strip Retail (Various Locations)

Southside has developed or redeveloped dozens of retail properties in both urban and suburban sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  From standalone retail structures, strip centers, pad sites, or single storefronts, Southside has a proven track record.  Among the retailers with whom we have developed projects are Starbucks, Chipotle, Lululemon, Walgreens, CVS, PetSmart and Bob's Discount Furniture.
