Completed in 2015, this mixed-use project transformed two full city blocks in Northwest DC. Anchored by a urban format, 56,000 square foot Giant grocery store, Cathedral Commons also features an additional 70,000 square feet of vibrant, street-level retail and restaurants including Barcelona, Raku and Silver, as well as 125 apartments, 12 lofts, and eight townhouses.
In partnership with Stop & Shop, New England Development, and The Bozzuto Companies, Southside has delivered the first phase of its latest mixed-use development, with three additional buildings to come. Located in the Allston neighborhood of Boston, the multi-phase project will eventually include nearly 900 residential units, 375,000 square feet of lab/office, a new 70,000 square foot, flagship Stop & Shop, and 50,000 square feet of street retail.
Southside is pleased to announce its latest project -- Atlantic Fields in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Once completed, the project will be a newly constructed, 650,000 square foot shopping center featuring best-in-class retailers not currently found in the marketplace. Drawing from its deep retailer relationships, Southside will provide a destination shopping experience that will serve the costal area that has grown beyond a summer destination to a 12-month community. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 with grand opening in 2027.
